Hi, I’m Karl.

AND my work is to undivide this world.

I partner with companies to get their people bringing their greatest ideas to work, speaking up fearlessly, being heard and valued, and their combined ideas acted upon. With no one getting canceled along the way.

I can teach your company how to do this too.

In my book HOW TO BURN A RAINBOW about my same-sex divorce, one chapter resonated with readers all over the world - how my divorce landed me in the company of straight divorcing men. In mere weeks, they went from being my lifelong antagonists and enemies to my most trusted and unlikely allies.

We were a group of different ethnicities, religions, sexualities, pay grades, and economic classes - but we could talk all to each other openly with no fear of being canceled. Some of us didn’t even like each other, but we were undivided when it came to our group.

I’m teaching companies everywhere how to create this kind of culture where people are bringing their greatest selves to work, speaking freely, being heard, and forging ideas together. With no one getting canceled along the way.

These are the companies that are going to thrive in uncertain economic times, where others don’t even survive.

I’ve spent over two decades studying what motivates and divides people in a multi-award winning advertising career spanning Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the US.

And my mission is to undivide people and companies everywhere.
